Can you move us from what we use now?
Yes. We move teams from any service: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Dropbox, Box, iCloud, an office server or shared drive, or just files on laptops. We bring your files, calendars and contacts across, and can run both side by side while your team gets comfortable.
Why does Vorendis cost more than Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?
Microsoft and Google sell you the software and leave the rest to you. Our price also covers setting your workspace up properly, moving your files and calendars across, training your team and support from people in your time zone. Most small firms would otherwise pay an IT contractor for that separately.
Do we have to change our email address?
No. Keep your email where it is and use it from inside Vorendis, or let us host it on your own domain for US$4 per person per month.
Where is my data stored?
Your workspace is hosted in professionally managed data centres. If your organisation has rules about where data must sit, tell us before you sign up and we’ll confirm the options in writing.
Who can see our files and conversations?
Only the people your administrators approve. Our team steps in only when you ask for support, and we never use your work for advertising or AI training.
What happens if we decide to leave?
You can download everything, folder structure included, in standard formats. There’s no exit fee and no waiting period.
Will it work with the tools we already use?
Yes. Vorendis runs on Windows, Mac, iPhone, Android and any modern browser, and opens Word, Excel and PowerPoint files. Your IT team can also connect over standard WebDAV.
How does the free month work?
New teams use Vorendis free for their first month, with setup included. There’s nothing to pay during the trial. If it isn’t right for you, you leave and take your files with you.
